I have had some not so great experiences with dealerships in the past, this was by far the easiest, quickest, and friendlist. My salesman Scott Hartman was outstanding. I used him through the web site and me in the past, this was by far the easiest, quickest, and friendlist. My salesman Scott Hartman was outstanding. I used him through the web site and messaged back and forth. This was great because of my work schedule and getting time away from work is not easy. He had everything prepared and ready to go so all I had to do was come in test drive the vechile and sign some papers and I was out the door in my new car. I have already been referring clients to him and your dealership. It is hard to find a hardworking honest salesman. I am not saying they are all bad, just that Scott Hartman worked hard for me the customer. Being a single mom of two children and needing something affordable and reliable I had trust in Scott Hartman to help me get something that would provide me with those two things.Your company should recoginize him being a definate asset. He also has the personality to deal with the public. He should be commended for his work. As of the service department I have not had to use them yet. Overall experience was excellent. I bought my car a year ago and took it in last month to be serviced. I found out that the steering shaft was bad which I was told was typical for that model so they replaced it. This month I start hearing be serviced. I found out that the steering shaft was bad which I was told was typical for that model so they replaced it. This month I start hearing a high pitched sound which I can't understand why because I just had it serviced so I took it back in. They told me front and back brakes needed to be replaced. I couldnt fathom that as I had only had it a year and they had certified it as being in great condition. Needless to say I wasn't happy when went to pay the service fee, the new used car manager introduced himself and asked what was wrong. I explained that I was glad to meet him as I was on my way to talk to him about how all my brakes could go bad in a year. He asked did I live on a mountain and I told him no then he tried to treat me as if I was a "STUPID" woman driver who didn't have a clue about cars, talking about the thickness of the pads and such. I grew up with my dad and brother working on cars plus I am a engineer so in no way do I not know about thickness of pads and how they wear down but not in a year. I was even more dissappointed after this conversation so I went back to the service manager and asked him to pull my record from last month's inspection and the brakes were marked good so he at least refunded my inspection fee. When I got in my car I looked at the inspection and it is color coded green for good, yellow for medium, and red for needs replaced, needless to say mine were marked green. This made me realize if they did this on a year inspection then this was probably done the same way when I bought the car. You cant make me believe that both sets of brakes would have went from good to bad in a year, maybe even possibly just the front if at all but in no way would I believe that they went from being inspect to so bad the sensor is going off. I will deffinately not recommend the service department and will find it just as hard to recommend buying a used car there at this point. More
