Extremely long wait times The dealership is awesome minus the service dept! When you have a 9:30 appt time you shouldn't have to wait until almost 3 to get your vehicle back! I've been coming to Mtn View for a couple of years for service due to how close it is to work and it's always HOURS before it's done regardless of your appt time. They do good work but if you could just stay on some kind of schedule and remember your customers time is important as yours you would be awesome. The advisors are great but maybe you should look at hiring a new oil change tech or get them some help. I'm not sure who my advisor was so If I pick the wrong one below forgive me. More

Horrible bad first experience! Manager can call me Where do I begin.. I ordered some aftermarket fogs from an online site. The guy was rude cocky and very unprofessional at the front service desk... Th Where do I begin.. I ordered some aftermarket fogs from an online site. The guy was rude cocky and very unprofessional at the front service desk... They charged me for work that didn't even take that long. I swear he was the biggest jerk I've ever met. I'm a paying customer now, not to mention the mechanic had trouble installing and adjusting a simple plug and play fog light, it's like he didn't even try.. All he had to do was loosen up the bottom screws.. He couldn't even do that. I tried to reason with the service guy who helped me he was very unfair and cocky. It would be nice to talk to a manager I said, there was none he said. Again I would love a refund for the $110 dollars they charged me for not successfully installing my fog lights. My dogs were $200 a set from a company that matches the stock one. If a manager can call me I would like to speak to him. I don't want to go posting on Facebook about my god awful first experience.. I've owned many cars and this service department is horrible. Maybe the manager can call me asap hope to hear from him/her soon. 423-834-5995 Collin Colucci P.S.
