Greatest experience at a car dealership ever! Joshua Escobar helped me today. I saw a Chevy Equinox on their site I wanted. He did everything he could possibly do and helped me get it. Scary It took 5 hrs to get into a car. Our salesman really tried hard for us which makes this visit better but then when we needed a ride back between lots It took 5 hrs to get into a car. Our salesman really tried hard for us which makes this visit better but then when we needed a ride back between lots another salesman "gunned" the gas speeding between traffic while the other salesman in the passenger side laughed saying thats the turbo, really scared my mom. Again our salesmen tried to comfort us. I wont be coming back to purchase my new car and will be telling my friends and neighbors about this dealership. More

Easy TrueCar experience!! I inquired for the new Camaro through TrueCar and was bombarded by emails from local dealers, but Shayan the internet manager, went the extra mile a I inquired for the new Camaro through TrueCar and was bombarded by emails from local dealers, but Shayan the internet manager, went the extra mile and sent me a quick easy text message that he had the car i was looking for and was going to make it a very easy experience as he did! He sent me pictures and video of the car before I drove out there, had the paperwork all ready.. (car was washed before I even got there!!) Gave me another tour of the car, a fun test drive and signed my paper works. Had the car gassed up and ready to go! best purchase experience i've had.. have already referred him to my family and friends.. great dealership very friendly managers that get involved and thank you for the business. and the follow up was impeccable by shayan, pea, and the dealership! thanks guys!! I went in for a smog check on my 2006 Silverado 2500 HD diesel, which I bought brand new from them, in fact I have bought 6 NEW VEHICLES, over the years totaling about $ 200 thousand. The check engine lig diesel, which I bought brand new from them, in fact I have bought 6 NEW VEHICLES, over the years totaling about $ 200 thousand. The check engine light was on, so they charged me $105.00 to diagnose it. They said I needed glow plus and a new turbo charger, keeping in mind that I only have 70 thousand miles on the truck. The total cost estimate was $ 4000 thousand and counting. After that shock wave hit me, I went home and reset the codes, with my scanner, took it to a smog check only place and it passed with no problems. What kind of dealer does this to their costumers? Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that dealer, for sales or service, they lost a lifelong costumer that is in the market for a replacement Corvette, mine is a 2004 which I bought new from their dealership. That visit was a disgrace , and a pathetic job of troubleshooting. I am an aircraft mechanic, and would have been fired for that. More
