They committed and agreed on a vehicle price and then changed it at the actual finance part of the transaction. They tried to claim they didn't change anything while at the same time admitting they knew the bottom line had been increased by themselves. If you think it is ethical to have your agreed upon vehicle price changed when you are settling up with the cashier after an excruciatingly long wait, then their the car dealership for you. More
