Terrible customer service!! We had a specific Silverado (w/Bose sound system) that we verified online and over the phone with Andy. He stated they had a few of them on the lot to look at. This location was 1.5 hours away from home so we didn’t want to drive out there if they no longer had them. He confirmed the day of the appointment & had one ready to view when we arrived. It was not the truck we discussed or had any of the specific features he stated they had. His response was -well just upgrade the system after & you’re done???? It was a total waste of time!! Their internet inventory is not updated either. More

She took my phone number and email and promised she will have someone contact me, no one did. I contacted your company again a couple of days ago and I was promised that someone will contact me. Its a good test of your great service after the sale. I hope I get a call back this time. More
