Ive been to many dealers before, but my experiance here was the best I have ever had. I brought my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu in and Gerald Trujillo helped me. I was treated with respect and in a timely manner. I will defintely bring my car back to Mt. I took in my 2005 Chevy for major service and a bit worried about cost, Guillermo as well as the other staff treated me like royalty! I was treated with respect and they were very thorough in finding a noise problem that turned out to be change rattling in my interior compartment. I brought my truck into service last week and I was very please with the quality of service I received when I was there. Gerald took care of all my concerns and kept me updated throughout the day. I bought a 2005 Chevrolet silverado 1500 crew cab and i got it home there was 5 rock pits, after 3 weeks the ac stopped working and the water has probably been going bad since before the truck was traded i got it home there was 5 rock pits, after 3 weeks the ac stopped working and the water has probably been going bad since before the truck was traded in i took it back and they will tell all of the problems but they wont do anything to fix them plus the told me it was a one owner truck then when the got me the car fax it was a 3 owner. and now the speedometer crapped out. We recently filed bankruptcy and had a very hard time getting financed without any money down. We only had our 1998 Ford F150 as a trade in. When we called them over the phone, they assured us that they getting financed without any money down. We only had our 1998 Ford F150 as a trade in. When we called them over the phone, they assured us that they could get us financed so long as we could prove our income which was no problem for us since both my wife and I work for as teachers. I was very pessimistic about their promises and assurances. Nevertheless, We decided to give them a try and went down there on a Saturday morning. Within an hour and a half, We drove out in a brand new Chevy Malibu. And, no phone calls later to say that they couldn't get us financed like the Nissan and Kia dealers did to us the prior month. Kudos to those guys and gals at Mountain View Chevy for making it happen. They've earned our business now and will do so again in the future. Thanks Andy!! More
