It is easy to schedule a service job. Once there, we are promptly greeted by a service person to take our information, sign the paperwork, and discuss any additional work we might need to have done. While servicing the vehicle, the staff are very good at contacting us about additional problems found, and costs associated with doing the extra work. Work is done in a timely manner, and checkout/payment is quick and efficient. The only downside is the cost of the work. I realize labor and parts can be expensive, but it is difficult to find $1,000 to $1,500 for general maintenance for a vehicle that is 16 years old. Yet, it's too expensive to buy a comparable vehicle new. More

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My car was totalled by hail and so I was on a time crunch to find a new vehicle to replace it. I've had to buy three new cars in the past nine months due to accidents that were not my fault and this time hail damage so I was already really stressed out about the whole situation and did not want to have to go through the car buying thing yet once again. However, as soon as I walked into this dealership my mood changed and everyone was so delightful to work with. Patrick cut right to the chase and didn't hassle me one bit on the amount of money that I was willing to spend on a car. Patrick was the best car salesman I've ever had and helped me to buy this car stress-free. Would definitely recommend this dealership to everybody and I will go back here when I need a new car again... hopefully not any time soon though. More
