A few months ago I had visited to get a car. I left without one, but knowledge of what I needed to do for best experience. I spoke with Robert Degrassa then, so i asked for him again this time. I never felt pressured and he spent a lot of time with me. Showing me the car that I would like and showing me the car that would best fit my needs, but he really didn't say that. I figured it out. He is a great sales man and I would recommended him to anyone. He was truthful and helpful. Okay, I don't have the best credit in the world. In fact I have one of the worst, so wasn't expecting anything. Especially the service I got. Robert Grzeca was the one who did my financing. Very thorough, And explained things very well. I left just maybe 3 hours and couldn't believe Things went so well and smooth. It's been my experience that buying a car is stressful and fighting with the people and being really stressed leaving. This time it was a great experience and I left being so happy and unbelieving how easy is was for me, someone who doesn't have excellent credit, and I was very satisfied with the rate I was financed at, thinking it more than fair. Next car I get, I will get it there and I will tell everyone that's the place to go. Thanks Robert for such a good day. More

We purchased a new Tacoma this week from Steven White. This was our second purchase at Mountain States and both purchases have been a positive experience. We have also used the Service Department several times and found the Service team just as personable and professional. Mountain States also supports the open trail system in the Westminster area. We cannot be more pleased with the quality of work, courtesy of the staff or friendliness and general atmosphere at the dealership. The personnel do everything in their power to satisfy our schedule and needs. Michael always greets us with a friendly smile and helps us to the right area of the dealership. He is a rare personality in the auto sales industry. Several years ago, we ordered a dealer installed option on our car. When we realized that the option didn't accomplish the results we wanted, we contacted Michael, who helped us get a refund of the purchase price, we were amazed at the attitude of the dealership as displayed by the General Manager, Tim VanBinsbergen. We have been Loyal customers every since that incident. Mountain States is our dealership of choice and will continue to be so. The last issue is something that just occurred. Long story short, a Toyota dealer in Iowa "broke" the lower glove box in our 2010 Prius and insisted that, even though it had functioned flawlessly for three months (after Mountain States last touched the car), that Mountain States, not they, had broken the glove box. I discussed this with Jeff Jenkins, the Service Manager who had his technicians "check it out" a tab was broken off and the glove box would not function properly once that happened. He offered to replace the glove box for his cost, and suggested that that was the least the dealership that broke the part should have done. Then he looked up our history with Mountain States and said "You shouldn't have to pay anything, so I am ordering you a new glove box and we will take the cost issue up with Toyota. You shouldn't have to pay for this. I'll call you when the part is in." Rather stand up in my opinion. More

This was my first time buying a car and I wanted it to be a very personal experience. I was lucky enough to have the first person who approached me be very willing to help and engage me about the different c a very personal experience. I was lucky enough to have the first person who approached me be very willing to help and engage me about the different cars. Of the cars I test drove I fell in love with a Toyota Camry. Unfortunately I could not get it for the price I wanted so I left the dealership to find cars elsewhere. I quickly found that the selection at Mountain Side was very fairly priced and that other dealers were not as willing to engage with me as my dealer had been. I called my dealer at Mountain Side back to set up an appointment to look at the Camry again and possibly other cars. Unfortunately he was in the middle of selling another car during my appointment time and I got pushed onto another dealer, who I felt, was not at all interested in selling me a car. I had been dropped off by a family member and found myself stuck at the dealership with no one to help me. I was very irritated and upset. Finally I stopped a random dealer, Robert, and asked if he was willing to sell me a car. Seeing that I was upset he quickly set to making things right. He stayed at the dealership with me until 10 (four hours after his quitting time) to help rectify the situation. I made an appointment with him the next morning to make a final decision. After test driving 3 more cars I ended up leaving with a VW Jetta. Robert helped me through everything, including understanding the cars I was driving and the actual negotiating process (though I still feel like they should have negotiated with me more). Working with Robert was like hanging out with a friend who knew a lot about buying cars. After purchasing the car I was told that it was going to be detailed. After receiving my keys to drive off the lot I realized it had merely been wiped down and I was not too happy. Upon talking to Todd, who had rightfully pointed out a paperwork mistake and called to have me come in and resign in order to rectify the mistake, he made sure get me signed up for a full detail (which I have yet to get so cannot review that service). I dont think any car buying experience will be perfect but my interactions with Robert, Billy and Todd were so that I would recommend this dealership to family members. More

I then made an appointment to see the car, I was able to take a test drive and then purchase the vehicle the same day. - the sales man was great. I got a great price. YEAH !!!! More
