When we first arrived we were greeted by a nice lady who made us free omelets! That was awesome and totally made my experience! I came in in the mooring and was hungry. I was already worried about buying a truck on an empty stomach. Thanks Toyota Mountain States for thinking ahead! I can't wait to be back for our free oil change and omelet! :) More

What a joke We went down to look at a f250 that they had on their web site. First warning was it was located in the wholesale lot. The interior was tore apart, with cans and dirt all over. The side view mirror was being held in by duct tape. The cooling fan for the engine was wired by a 3yr old with black tape and wire nuts. The alternator wires were bad. Having said that I was told on the phone that it just had a little rust on the bumper. While I was looking over the truck the salesman kept repeating "I don't know how we are going to finance this". Finally I was asked what they were asking for this truck by the salesman, when I told him we were quickly ushered away from the vehicle and to the main lobby. After talking to the manager about the truck we were told that it was unsafe and not for sale. Fast forward a week and the truck is still on their web site, but now it has been updated with pictures. Basically left the dealer feeling as though I was shunned for not wanting toay10k for a 4k truck. More

We were able to manage the entire process of selecting the car, agreeing on a fair price on the new car and giving me a reasonable estimate on the trade in. What made this challenging was I contacted the dealership 5 days before flying in to Denver and driving right over to the dealer to close the deal. The best part of it was there were no surprises for either side. Thanks Greg. Now I also have to say that Jim Gallegos was a key part of the purchase experience once we arrived at the dealer from the airport. Jim had the new car ready to see and took over seamlessly from Greg. This car was for my daughter who had just turned 21 and he paid her all the respect I could have hoped for as an adult and recognized this could be an intimidating experience for her. He was sensitive to her needs to understand the process and to understand the car. Jim covered all the pertinent points with us, didnt oversell the extras in the process and respected our decisions while making his pitch (unlike your finance guy who tried to make the same pitch again and wasted 20 minutes of our time repeating things versus sticking to the financing given Jim had already done a thorough job - trust your sales guys would be my recommendation to improve and leave the finance guy to focus on his finance role). I t was nice that they helped with some of the items. All in all, now that I have most everything worked out, I am extremely happy with the vehicle.
