Since you chose to have it repaired through a different facility, you never allowed us to address this concern. I apologize that you think we should have paid for the repair without identifying the issue. We must be able to see the concern and identify the cause to be able to take care of any issues. Had you offered anything except “ tow the vehicle here” we would have been more inclined to work with you. Nick was off putting and rude when I spoke with him and he wasn’t willing to offer any help. I will bring the radiator up after the repair is done by a respectable repair facility for you to review.

This looks like it was a shroud or some type of cover that was screwed back into the radiator. The screw in question isn’t used to mount the radiator. I’d like someone to explain how it there wasn’t a hole, and after your technician worked on it, there is a clearly a screw hole. Thank you.

Hi Vaughn, I apologize you feel this way. I did respond to your last email with the screenshots. I wrote "Understood, this is the Chat bot, and I’ll dig into why we did not get notified of this. Thanks again!" I did also apologize. Please refer to my initial reply where I wrote "I do apologize for the concerns you are having with us, and hope we can make it up to you." You initially wrote me saying that you're texting us, to which I reviewed our texting platform for any missed texts, and provided you with the proof that we didn't receive any missed texts. We worked through it, to discover you were Chatting with our artificial intelligence on our website through Chat, which allowed me to discover the issue we had with that communication channel. You had already exclaimed that your vehicle was fully serviced at Stevinson a few separate times, so I took that as you were reaching out to let us know about a glitch. Your communication did help us identify the concern and remedy the issue. Again, I'm really surprised you were left feeling this way. I'd be happy to discuss this with you further. Thanks!
