I was with friends at their cabin near Bryson City last week when the "check engine" light came on in my 2014 Ford F-150. I called Mountain Ford and spoke to David the Service Mgr. He told me that they were totally booked up but to bring it by and he would see if he could fit me in. By the time my friend came to pick me up they already had my truck in front of a bay with the hood up. In less than an hour they had the problem diagnosed and a part ordered. The following afternoon I was happily on my way. The friendly folks at Mountain Ford went above and beyond to address my needs and for this they easily earned a 5-star rating. More

Very poor service department I would not recommend this dealership. Their service department is old and dilapidated. Equipment is old and worn out I have a 2014 F1 50 platinum that cost me nearly $60,000 there is no way that I would bring such an expensive vehicle to such a worn-out trashy looking dump. The technicians were poorly dressed and did not have any professional Ford attire on which usually suggests that they are of poor quality or not very skilled. More
