It isn't just the amazing work ethic, it is some greater purpose that everyone treats you as family. I leased my Rogue from Mt. Holly Nissan and was blessed to have Steve Henes as my salesperson. I returned my Rogue when the lease was up and prior to arriving had explained t Holly Nissan and was blessed to have Steve Henes as my salesperson. I returned my Rogue when the lease was up and prior to arriving had explained to Steve why I was unable to lease a new one at this time due to illness. He was genuinely kind and quickly completed the return. I will be back to Mt. Holly Nissan when the time is right and look forward to dealing with Steve again. I save a coupon from website but when I got to service center and advise I had a coupon I was told I could not use toward my services. My sales person was honest but is no longer employed at site. My Nissan is over 8 years old. It drives as beautifully as the day I purchased it. I have purchased about 10 cars in my lifetime, and only purchase new cars. My Nissan is the only car that has not given m as the day I purchased it. I have purchased about 10 cars in my lifetime, and only purchase new cars. My Nissan is the only car that has not given me problems (other cars started with problems when they were about 3 - 6 months old) The Service Department is great. The prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is perfect. Everyone is so friendly, and they truly work as a team. A great car, great service - For me there is no other place I would go to for a car or for service. I'm so bad at names, but everyone there is truly pleasant and professional. More

Not happy with results of Nissan recall . I brought my Nissan with a CVT transmission in to Mount Holly Nissan to get a transmission fluid change . When they change the fluid in the transmiss I brought my Nissan with a CVT transmission in to Mount Holly Nissan to get a transmission fluid change . When they change the fluid in the transmission they also did a recall and reprogram my transmission now I cannot drive the vehicle Mount Holly Nissan said I need a new transmission . This is a line of bull they do a recall they wrecked my transmission and Nissan or Mount Holly Nissan don’t want to do anything about it . Stay away from Nissan and stay away from Nissan recalls . Sounds like a moneymaking proposition . My transmission was perfect before they tampered with it . More
