We leased a new Altima and we're very happy with the vehicle and believed we got a decent deal. The problem occurred after the sale. The salesman notified us that they forgot to get us to sign something vehicle and believed we got a decent deal. The problem occurred after the sale. Problem was we were both sick for over a week and had trouble getting in there to sign whatever form it was. So after several texts getting increasingly impersonal etc we agreed to drive the 30 minutes to the dealer. We were running a little late because my girlfriend was still sick. I texted our salesman again and told him we were on our way. That was about 645 pm. Due to traffic we got there at 710 pm and the place was deserted? We could not believe the salesman pressured us for days to come in and sign some form and we get there (my girlfriend still sick btw) and he leaves without even telling us. All he had to do was text us and say if you can't be here by 7 then we'll have to do it the next day. So we rushed out there with my girlfriend still sick and they stood us up!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. More

When the lease ended, I leased my second Rouge from Mt. Holly Nissan. After my sale representative contacted me with an offer to trade in my lease early, I leased my third Rouge!! I have had only great experiences with no hassle from Mt. Holly Nissan. My sales representative was willing to work with me to find the best leasing option. With a Nissan dealership minutes from my house, I elect to drive 30 minutes from home for sale and service from Mt Holly Nissan. Highly recommend!! More

I honestly would give him one million stars if I could. Now for a little background. I bought my first Nissan from Mt. Holly Nissan 20 years ago in 2004. Fact, I keep my Nissans for 10 years (because they last, I am loyal customer + I love Nissan). Unfortunately when I went to purchase my replacement in 2014, the dealership was under different ownership. Without any details, I was regretfully forced to go to another dealer due to poor management because I was grossly mistreated (I always buy my cars by myself and I happen to be female). Fast forward, heading into 2024...I commenced my research for another car so I went to a few dealers. I am glad I decided to follow my intuition and try Mt. Holly Nissan again. That is when I was fortunate to have Rash greet me at the door. I had limited time but knew what I wanted and he was receptive. Honestly, I am not sure that most people would have his grace. Rash was precise and respectful while being on point with providing the solid facts. No games. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the entire team was a refreshing change in leadership. So for the happy ending...I am thrilled with my new 2024 Pathfinder and will now change my services over to Mt. Holly Nissan once again. Mt.
