I will never buy a bike here just based on the overall customer service. Their service and parts departments are awful. This is the only shop I know of that you take something in for repair and get it bac customer service. Their service and parts departments are awful. I keep giving them another chance because I live 10 minutes away but nothing has improved through three owners over the nearly 30 years I've been going there. I finally gave up for good. I'll drive or ride 2 or 3 hours before I go here for anything anymore. More

They'll try to sell you "VIP maintenance package" knowing that you wont use, it's a bunch of xx. And if you try contacting the dealership after that, good luck getting an answer from anyone including the GM. First HD and already switching away to another brand altogether. I gave this dealership more than an opportunity to do the right thing. NO ONE CARES! Plain and simple. More
