I called and spoke with a salesperson who said because of COVID-19 I needed an appointment to visit the dealership to see the car. I could not come on the property without an appointment. I promised him that I would make it as convenient as possible for him. I received a follow up email and phone call on that day. Nothing for ten days and then today I received an email saying the vehicle had been sold. I emailed back to say that I had even forgotten about their car and had purchased someplace else. Virtually zero follow up and an indifferent attitude: come, don't come we have other customers to attend to. More
