Since purchasing my Honda Accord in 2003 I have taken it to Motorworld Wilkes-Barre for Service. Mike seems to be the person I have dealt with the most and he is my "expert" when I come in for service. He discusses what is needed and has suggestions when things need to be done. I was directed to Motorworld Honda Service by my regular auto service provider because they could not positively determine the reason by car pulled to the right when stepping on the gas. My service provider thought it might be a bad motor mount. It was not the motor mount but compliance bushings. This was quickly corected by Motorworld Honda. My only disappointment was that Motorworld stated that the car needed an alignment. I returned to my regular service provider for an alignment and was told that all specifications were within acceptable ranges. More

This is by far the best buying experience I have had with an automobile dealer. First the salesman Nate, was friendly, curteous and knowlegeable. Our experience with Don and Joe was exemplary. Don is knowledgeable, personable, and got right to the point with us. We had done research on mini-vans and had not quite decided on a Honda. We currently own a very impressive Toyota 4 Runner and had anticipated on buying a Toyota mini-van. Our research indictaed that we should look at the Honda Odyssey. We arived at Motiorworld with no intent to buy during the visit. We had planned on doing more research. We had set up a meeting with Aaron Fenyus a week prior. Upon arriving and taking a demo ride with Aaron we became very comfortable with the Odyssey. His demeanor and explanations of the Odyssey strong points made us most comfortable. We had gathered some prices from other Honda Odyssey dealers and showed them to Aaaron. He was very staright forward and checked to see the lowest price that Motorworld could accept. It was in our range and we decided to close the deal during the visit. We will be contacting Aaron when we decide to replace our other car. More

I hit a pothole and damaged my rim. Luckily I had road hazard warranty. I called Motorworld service on Monday to report the incident and to advise I needed a new rim.
