Service advisor was friendly and informative. She notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would ru notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would run it through the car wash, but that isn't done anymore. It would be a nice finishing touch to there service. This was our 5th Honda from this dealer, and the same salesman. We have never had such good personal service anywhere, with any product, as with MotorWorld and Don. Very impressed with Travis's customer service and knowledge of the product. He was courteous and thorough. This was the second dealership I had visited. Over a two month period, I was in contact with Mark and Travis at Motorworld. Mark was assisting with my lease return and with any questions about a vehicle i was wanting to lease or buy. Travis obtained a vehicle for me that was in my price range. They put up with weeks of questions and me changing my mind about which vehicle i wanted repeatedly. They consistently and quickly responded to calls and emails. They never pressured me to buy any vehicle. They listened to everything that i wanted in a vehicle and my price range, and led me to the one that i am very happy with. They always made me feel comfortable and it was the best experience I had buying a Vehicle. I have used many different dealers over the years. I get a new auto every three years for the past 20 years. I look forward to buying my next automobile from them. More
The shopping and buying experience we had with Jeff Evans at Motorworld was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. Jeff was a gentleman throughout the entire process and did not pressure us at all. He worked diligently, to get us the best deal possible which we appreciate immensely. If not for Jeff's efforts, we would not be driving a Honda now. After the sale was completed, Jeff took the time to explain the workings of our new Honda in great detail. He seemed genuine in his effort to assure us that he would be available to help us with any future needs or questions regarding our vehicle. This means a lot after the sale. Due to a problem with pre-ordering parts for a repair (caused by a scheduling mistake) I was given a rental car to use for the one day my vehicle was off the road. I wanted to buy a new car and I had dealt with Motorworld in the past but pricing didn't work out for me and ended up buying from Matt Burne the other Honda dealer in the area. I dealt with Don who was knowl in the past but pricing didn't work out for me and ended up buying from Matt Burne the other Honda dealer in the area. I dealt with Don who was knowledgeable and nice but didn't end up buying because of the price last time. This time around I thought things might have changed and thought to give them a second chance considering they are closer to me then the other Honda dealer. The sales person I dealt with felt more like an automated system then actually trying to help me with the purchase. He wouldn't budge on price or try to find me a better deal. I was going to lease and wanted to know how would changing the down payments and terms work out for monthly payment and he seemed to be stuck on the same quote showing no response toward what I wanted. Finally I ended up talking to one of the other salesman over the phone named Travis during the weekend who seemed enthusiastic and we were making progress towards the deal. I informed him clearly that I would like to deal with him instead of my first salesman and I might end up buying if he would help me get a good deal. To my surprise on Monday morning I got a phone call back from my first Sales guy with whom I didn't want to work, trying to sell me the car. I got over my frustration and started working with him on the purchase and to my surprise nothing changed. I found the same arrogant behavior and no willingness from him to work out a deal and I ended up going to Matt Burne instead of wasting my time and energy on Motor World. The guy over at Matt Burne gave me way better deal without any haggling and made sure I got all rebates and incentives Honda was offering. I ended up buying the EX model instead of the LX version that I was planning to buy because of the deal that was offered to me. I think you guys should really learn how to treat people and understand their needs by trying to shop there. You also need to remember that in today's day and age its not hard to find the prices that people are paying to buy cars with little research because all of the information is available online and easy to find. While you guys seem to be stuck on MSRP and show no willingness to work with a customer. More
I was interested in leasing a new honda and spoke to John on the phone, he said he would be there till 7:00. I arrived at about 6:00 and he inspected and appraised my trade, had all the paperwork done and t on the phone, he said he would be there till 7:00. They both stayed till my sale was complete and I drove the new vehicle home at about 7:45. I was thrilled to see the efficiecny and expertise both employees exhibited. Thanks go out to both of them.
