I was extremely pleased with the service and extra effort in my recent visit to Motorworld. My new 2011 Honda Pilot ran into a deer and was at Motorworld Collision. I also needed a wiring harness for the t in my recent visit to Motorworld. My new 2011 Honda Pilot ran into a deer and was at Motorworld Collision. I also needed a wiring harness for the trailer hitch (Accessies Department) and oil & filter change (Service Department). Several employees worked to help me get this all coordinated so that I only made one stop to pick up my Pilot when the body work was completed. All work was completed at that time. All receipts were in one location from all work from three departments - Service, Collision and Accessories. This saved me from having to stop at 3 different locations on the Motorworld complex. The body work was excellent; Can't even tell it was ever smashed! Service, understanding and courtesy were terrific. My sincere thanks to Don Engler, Aaron Fenyus, and Mike & BJ in Service. Great Job! More
We were pleased with most aspects of our experience at MotorWorld. Some things that were concerns included the scheduling of the pick up. We ended up having to wait over 1.5 hours to close the deal, after MotorWorld. Some things that were concerns included the scheduling of the pick up. We ended up having to wait over 1.5 hours to close the deal, after being assured that if we came early we would be able to close the deal early. We did have to return the FIT for service the following Saturday due to a TPMS sensor malfunction. That matter was dealt with efficiently and at no cost other than the gas and mileage to return to MotorWorld for the repair. Thank you. The car runs great. More
The Service of the vehicle is very good. But some of the customer service is not so commendable. I was made to wait for about 20 mins while the person was doing paperwork. My wifw and i were in the market for a Honda. i checked on line for various autos. Tara replied to my inquiry in a prompt and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly including the prompt paper work of the Business Manager,I don't remember her name. Receptionist who helped me was professional and courteous. This was my second trip to MotorWorld for service, and I was very satisfied both times. I get excellent treatment, everything is explained in detail. My vehicle is serviced in a timely manner. I never have to wait for excessive amounts of time. Had to wait on my cell phone at one time for almost 15 min. The last appointment was due to bringing my vehicle back after getting new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After takeing the vehicle on the hwy, I had a shakeing in the steering wheel which was not there when the vehicle was brought in for the work. They said wheels had to be balanced. 1st had the wheels bal by this co, about year before, secound were was the shaking before bringing the vehicle in. Not happy about this will seek other opinon before any more work is done by this dealer. More
