I have owned a mini cooper for a year now and each time I've taken it in for service they have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the car. It is always returned clean and nice as new. When I've taken it in for service they have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the car. It is always returned clean and nice as new. Whenever I've needed a loaner for extended service, I was given another mini cooper to drive. Excellent. We will return to this dealer the next time we are car shopping. More
