The lack of communication & professional by Ieashia, in charge of post sale issues, Is a complete fail. They sold a 2019 Silverado with lug nuts missing on every wheel, left tail light out, camper shell brake light out, loose muffler, interior electrical issues, and a backup camera that is non operational. Even better, after 5 emails & 5 phone calls, including my repair order from a reputable repair center being emailed to them, THEY OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE IN THE EXPENSE OF THE REPAIRS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE! BUYER BEWARE! !! Motorvation looks good but that is Lipstick on a Pig. The day I left the Motorvation lot, I told them the rugs under drivers side were soaking !! Motorvation looks good but that is Lipstick on a Pig. The day I left the Motorvation lot, I told them the rugs under drivers side were soaking wet. The dealer blamed the Vallet error. Plus the tire light was on - they said that would go off on way home. They also said they couldn’t help get outside pre-purchase inspection, 3 times I tried to arrange it. They would not help. The tire light, the brakes , the the sunroof all suffering from salt corrosion problems . Pre inspection would have shown this. The salesman said a “team of 20 engineers” were available to review problems If discovered within 15 days. The salesman and manager did not tell the truth about this. They refused to spend any money or any man hours to help me. I asked for the manager to call me and so far he has not. BUYER BEWARE!! More
I would not refer anybody to this dealership. I bought a 2016 F150 and it took 2 1/2 weeks after I bought it for them to get it to me. It needed to get a new windshield and I knew exhaust system I bought a 2016 F150 and it took 2 1/2 weeks after I bought it for them to get it to me. It needed to get a new windshield and I knew exhaust system put in. They told me the exhaust system parts were hard to get and that’s why it took so long so I gave them that one. It was delivered to me a day and a half ago without a drive out tag so now I have a truck sitting in my driveway that I can’t even drive until they send me a temporary tag. in addition to that when I purchased the car, everything worked on it. It has a sunroof and it worked as it was supposed to. When it got here the sunroof was off the track on one side and will not shut. So now I can’t leave it out in the rain and can’t drive it until I get a tag. I called them up and they said that they didn’t do any work on the sunroof so they can’t fix that, when it worked when I bought it and then it’s broken when it’s delivered. On top of that it was supposed be all nicely detailed when I got it, and it had not been cleaned and in the least from the lot. Somebody had a coffee they spilled in the drivers door and down the drivers floor mat and running board . So now it looks like I’m going to have to pay out-of-pocket to get the sunroof fixed when I’m not the one who broke it. More
Jetson and Grace are the ONLY reason I am giving them a two instead of a 1 start review. We bought a vehicle and it took two weeks to get the vehicle. Now, after having it for two week we have warning lights coming on and many different ones. Called to talk to them about it and was told not their problem anymore. They don't stand behind their vehicles. Don't buy from them unless you want junk! More

WARNING MOTORVATION WILL FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU TO GET A SALE! I bought a 2018 black F-250 on March 21, 2024, from Carlos Ruiz at Motorvation Atlanta. The truck was sold to me with “No scratches or d SALE! I bought a 2018 black F-250 on March 21, 2024, from Carlos Ruiz at Motorvation Atlanta. The truck was sold to me with “No scratches or dents at all the truck is in beautiful condition” and as you can see in the attached pictures this is a flat-out lie. There are 19 points of damage scattered to every panel of the vehicle. The back left door appears to have been broken into and reglued/ painted. The roof is severely scratched and the hood is crunched in and cracked just to name a few. There was no mention of the fact the truck is deleted and tuned with unwrapped wires exposed underneath. When I brought this up to the manager I was told "Huh good thing you don't live in California so that won't matter to you". The truck rattles and clicks when turning in either direction. The truck showed up with 3 completely different tires. The airbag has been deployed and does not work. Both mirrors are cracked in multiple places. Due to damage on the door, the back left window can not roll back up without significant force on both sides. Carlos explicitly said the truck would be detailed before shipping and as part of the sale, Motorvation would remove a vinyl stripe on the side. After being told the vinyl was half off as we spoke, the truck showed up with not only trash from the previous owner but the vinyl stripe still 100% intact. To be told “We sent the truck with no body damage at all” is very frustrating. Frankly to expect me to believe that the transport company put 19 dents in the truck, broke both mirrors, broke into the back door (and glued/painted it), replaced the vinyl stripe, and put trash in it, is insulting. I reached out to the transporter and got their pre-shipment pictures and can see that this damage did not happen in transit. I went ahead and got a quote to see what it would cost to make this truck fit the description of the truck Motorvation sold me. That quote totaled over $20,000 not including any mechanical work. I do understand this is not a brand-new truck and will have some minor blemishes. What I expected in this deal was honesty from Carlos and Motorvation's sales team. I had highlighted a possible and very reasonable solution with both Carlos and Tashi (the general manager) but was told this is my problem now. I finally got Motorvation Atlanta's general manager Tashi on the phone and I have never spoken to someone so demeaning and disinterested in their business reputation. I was told, "I should have known better" and that "obviously this truck would be beaten up because it has a flatbed and those are meant for hot-rodding". I can not drive this truck with any peace of mind knowing that if Motorvation will blatantly lie about something so plainly seen as body damage I can not imagine what they lied about mechanically. Carlos and Tashi have proved THIS is the kind of business everyone at Motorvation stands behind and I would not trust a word that comes out of their mouth. I have reached out over 2 dozen times with no real response. Clearly, Motorvation has absolutely no intention of making anything right with me. My goal with this is to warn everyone I possibly can about Motorvation. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE OTHER THAN MOTORVATION. More
