I came by Motors Northwest to test drive a Mustang Mach-e. After meeting a few of the sales staff, it was clear they knew little to nothing about the cars they were selling. Okay, I had done my own re Mach-e. After meeting a few of the sales staff, it was clear they knew little to nothing about the cars they were selling. Okay, I had done my own research. As we worked the initial deal, we were talking about the crime in the area, as the police were next door, lights flashing. I was especially concerned with some of the additional examples JD had shown me on his cellphone. JD then told me that, if I didn’t like it , to change the way I vote. What!? I guess he figured he had me all figured out, as I was trading in a Prius for an electric vehicle. When the subject of tabs came up, JD associated the cost with Jay Enslee’s jet. (Facepalm) - I came in the next morning, after reaching a deal the night before, despite be schooled on how to vote, to find my deal had been rejected by the credit union. JD had no details for me. I was simply handed over to their fixer, Keith. I wasn’t happy to find out that my sales person had simply entered my expenses incorrect, leading to a the deal being rejected…and no explanation was forthcoming as to why it couldn’t be corrected and the deal salvaged. After all, JD said we had a deal. I could take my new car home. Kieth worked to get a similar deal, but couldn’t match the previous interest rate. When I said, since we didn’t have a deal, I could take my old car and go. Kieth said he didn’t make those decisions. Now, I’ve struggled with whether or not to share this part, but I think it’s necessary, in order to demonstrate the lack of professionalism here. I began suffering a panic attack, due to my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, for which I have been under a doctor’s care for some 15 years, and carry medication for this condition. I went to take my medication, and told Kieth what I was doing and why, so he would understand. He replied, “God took away my anxiety”. What?! I then replied, “Ya, I went to bible college…and was going to go into the ministry, until they kicked me out for being gay!” …it was pretty much all business after that. ^^ If there is any time it should be all about me, it’s when I’m about to drop 40 grand at your establishment. I don’t want to hear about your politics or religion nor have it implied, or flat out told, I should change mine! Wow, I was pissed off. Inappropriate and unprofessional. More

On 09/28/23 I called Nick Romanov about a specific vehicle I wanted to purchase. Over the phone he claimed to have talked to his boss and we agreed on a price (I was not financing). I’m an Air Force v vehicle I wanted to purchase. Over the phone he claimed to have talked to his boss and we agreed on a price (I was not financing). I’m an Air Force veteran and my wife is still active duty in Idaho. I offered to put money down to hold or simply pay in full as I was set on this vehicle. I told Nick I booked a ONE-WAY flight and he asked what time I would land. And we set the appointment date for 09/30/23 @3:00PM, I have texts to prove it. The minute my wife and I land at the terminal in Seattle he texts me and says “it just sold”, with no explanation to miscommunication at that dealership and not so much as an apology for the MAJOR inconvenience. Also a day before my flight Nick had texted me and asked “are we good for tomorrow still?” Which I had replied yes with the time I was landing at the airport. Nick was going back and fourth with me on price (typical sales) and I told him I had to buy a last minute plan ticket and pay for a dog sitter and he asked me how much all of that would cost me. Dirtbag salesman, I wouldn’t recommend to any other military Vets out there. More
