(This was step 1 after I walked in the door). * Truck was shown to me dirty, with plastic and cardboard filling the back of the cab and mud caked everywhere. * Sales associate knew nothing about the truck, packages, etc. * Sales associate showed me nothing on truck, explained nothing. * I still really wanted the truck. The price quoted was very high compared to similar trucks sold in the area. I showed the sales associate, they smiled, and we parted ways. * I sat in silence for about 85% of my visit. MotorWorld Honda was a fantastic experience. If they sold a truck besides a Ridgline, I would've went their first. This is an investment that I will be paying for the next five years. Please don't treat it like I'm buying a case of beer. More
