After a strong sheer wind storm dropped a tree onto our car, the car was "totaled" and we were put into the unplanned position to purchase a new vehicle. As repeat Toyota Motorworld customers, we contacted Margie McQuillin, Toyota Motorworld Sales Manager, for information of the current new auto shortage and the delayed manufacturing process. She directed us to Rob Slovik, Sales Department. In addition to being professional and respectful, Rob was patient and understanding of our indecision of what particular vehicle to shop for at this time---finding vehicles at both Toyota and Lexus dealerships for us to consider. Jay Thomas then offered us an outstanding bottom line figure for our choice! We would definitely recommend Toyota Motorworld to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
