From the first contact with Motor World Toyota, our experience was great! Gino, whom I had contacted months prior regarding the arrival of the ‘23 Sequoias, was considerate and competent. Consequent experience was great! Gino, whom I had contacted months prior regarding the arrival of the ‘23 Sequoias, was considerate and competent. Consequently, I was thrilled when he called me regarding the arrival of a Sequoia into their new inventory. We immediately proceeded to the dealer to inspect the Capstone vehicle. Both my husband and I were happy campers! Gino guided us through the trade-in process with ease, courtesy, and knowledge. Even the business and sales managers participated. Gino’s personality was delightful! We now drive a beautiful Sequoia thanks to Gino at MotorWorld Toyota. Hope this pleasant experience continues! More

Car inspection on 8/26/21 -Brake lining LF 8, RF 8. Car inspection on 9/13/22 - Brake lining LF 10, RF 7. Drove 25,729 miles between inspections and brake lining LF went from an 8 to a 10. Shouldn Car inspection on 9/13/22 - Brake lining LF 10, RF 7. Drove 25,729 miles between inspections and brake lining LF went from an 8 to a 10. Shouldn't brake linings go down instead of up after traveling that many miles? Please explain this to me. Also factory specs on tire pressure was 35/35/60. This inspection showed it 33/33/60. Sticker on side of door does not show 33/33/60. It shows 36/36/60. I would expect a dealer to ensure that maintenance personnel insert correct readings on multipoint inspection printout. This would help to know when brakes are getting close to replacement and also having the correct tire pressure in the tires. More
