From the initial contact to the day I picked up the car Jay Thomas and Anthony Morales and the rest of the team could not have been more professional and straight forward. There were no games, no gimmicks and no hard sell...they made the entire experience as painless and straight forward as it could be--AND they delivered the car that I wanted. As I was purchasing this car for my daughter they also went out of their way to make it a special experience for her and took extra time to explain all the car's features to her. Scranton Toyota not evan close, they wanted to know price I got to beat it. I told them that was not a fair way to do a deal. In short Omir provided a nice, precise, low pressure sale. A++ More
