I was in the market for a used Rav4 Hybrid XSE. I inquired over the weekend and Dayna reached out to me first thing Monday morning with a video tour of the car and all the details I had asked for. We went back and forth via text and call during the day and we were able to come to an agreement. Unfortunately I was unable to get to Motorworld quickly enough to secure the deal and someone else was able to purchase it. An unfortunate situation as I understand this is how some dealerships work, especially in a busy car market. Despite not getting the car, I do want to give praise to Dayna. She was persistent but not pushy and her follow ups were timely. She continues to help me find the right car. She will work for you, which is all you can ask for.
