Tho' our sales consultant provided us excellent svce, I was not pleased that we were passed thru' several other consultants before being assigned to Johnny. Felt as tho' they didn't think we were worth their effort. You just never know what is in a customer's checkbook or portfolio. Actually, we requested a specific consultant, (had telephone contact before coming to the dealershop) & we never did get to meet him?????????????? We were trying to be fair! Price was good, comparable to other dealer's advertisec price. Have to say, all in all, experience was very satisfactory and would request Johnny's assistance again. Amy in New Jeep sales was very good. She worked with me a lot, walked the lot with and without me, and gave me choices. Not only choices with vehicles, but also choices with financing.
