I called and talked to Alan on the phone. He checked to make sure the car wa still on the lot, and called me back in 5 minutes. We drove 2 hours to see the Jeep, and everything else fell into place. When dealing with the Sales Rep (Jeff) he was very helpful with my purchase. I appreciate the time he took to help me with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. There is a chip in the front windshield and damage to the back seat, that I didn't notice. I took the car for a test drive at night so these two items would have gone un-noticed. We were happy with the service on the day we bought our used(2007)van. But a week later discovered the CD player did not work. 4 months later we have still not had it repaired and no-one returns my phone used(2007)van.
