Their online inventories make it easy to compare all makes & models and because of their high-quality standards, I know I am getting a used car that is in excellent condition. In addition, their service departments have extended hours as well as saturday hours making it very convenient to schedule an appointment around my schedule. More

Mark was very friendly and nice to deal with right from the start. He interracted very well with my 13-month old which helped to keep her occupied while we were there. We were in a tough situation and Motor World was able to find us a vehicle that suited our needs and fit in our budget. They also took the extra time to install my daughter's car seat in the vehicle which was no easy task. My wife and I submitted a online application. The next day Lee McCarty of Motor World called and was so friendly from that point til the actual sale of the 2006 ford escape we tried for. That was so quick, Seeing that my credit wasn't that good due to a bout of Leukemia in 2000 that lasted 3 years of no work,still trying to get on track we were really surprised on this even working out. Thank you Lee and Thank you Motor World. They did not look at us as not being worthy.We suffered hardship and they saw it as that an not as it any other way. From the first point of contact I had with Joe, which was a phone call, he was very nice to talk to and professional. Once my husband and I arrived at the Pre-owned building, we were greeted at the door, ta a phone call, he was very nice to talk to and professional. Joe spent about 4 hours with us from once we stepped into the door to finalizing all the paperwork, Mike's work schedule is crazy, so that I could pick it up by myself, once some miner things were taken care of in the garage. When I picked it up Joe, on his day off, put my new license plate on and got me on my way, while he was putting the plate on he was telling me that he had a cellar full of water and what a crazy day he was going to have. For him to have that going on at home and he still came in to get me on my way-That is true customer service! I love my "New to Me" Toyota 4 Runner! One suggestion - Vending Machines! Dave was very thorough and extremely patient with us as we looked at a number of C300's and test drove that afternoon. He explained the different model and color options available. After making the purchase decision Dave helped us walk through some details associated with a pending lease return that we had to coordinate. Here as well dave was very responsive and got back to us on a couple of points exactly as he said he would. Our overall experience leasing the 2011 Mercedes C300 from Motor World was great.
