We found Carlo Roccograndi to be very cooperative, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable in discussing the new Lexus and our trade. He brings a ton of experience and thorough knowledge about anything Lexus-and if there is something he didn't know, he finds the answer asap. He made what is usually an uneasy task of buying a vehicle seem very straightforward and fair. He adequately explained our warranty and all functions of our new car.
