Jack came up to us with a genuine smile and offered to answer our questions. He showed us several used cars of the model we liked, and it turned out that Lexus was having a special promo with low interest rates. We took test drives in 2 different cars, and the second one had all the options we were interested in. Everything just clicked - the car, the price, the interest rate, and Jack all were amazing. He never pressured us, but kept telling us about Lexus quality and what we could expect from their dealership in terms of service. We were so impressed that it would have been silly NOT to buy a car that day. Even the finance guy was impressive - not like the slimy slick characters that often hold those positions. He seemed authentic and truly interested in our satisfaction with the whole transaction. After this experience, we may never buy a new car again. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have EVER had. More

I had recently driven a new RX 450h purchased at MotorWorld by a friend and loved it! I've been shopping for an SUV for several months and had decided to purchase the RX 450h in April 2012. Upon my entering the showroom, Carlo was quick to leave his desk and greet me, retrieved the requested brochure, then asked how he could help me. He is very cordial, friendly, polite and was genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle that would be a good fit for my family and lifestyle. We ended up test driving a certified pre-owned RX 400h and I was thrilled with its performance as well as Carlos's knowledge of the vehicle. I could tell he had really listened to me because in the demo he touched on every key point of importance to me: safety features, road noise, comfort during lengthy daily commutes and business travel, etc. And he was at no time pushy in the least; I at no time felt pressured to make an instant decision. Carlo was exceptional in his customer service skills and product knowledge, the car was a perfect fit for the family, and it was priced to sell. No haggling, no pressure, the best car sales experience ever ... Sold! More
The experience of purchasing a new Lexus at Moterworld was pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. When a flaw in the paint was discovered during inspectionn it was handled ve was pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. When I got to the body shop they asked me to fill out a form. All that should have been in the computer and the should have said welcome Mr. Huntzinger we would like to verify the service and when verified have the loner vehicle right there. That was not the case, although handled it could have been smoother! More

The point of contact, e.g. Carlo Roccograndi, has always been very helpful and accomodating. He is not too aggressive and never tries to sell us something we dont want or need. My experience with this dealership and salesman started approximately six months before my actual purchase. I visited the dealer's lot in Sept-Oct. just to look at the various Lexus models - knowing full approximately six months before my actual purchase. I visited the dealer's lot in Sept-Oct. just to look at the various Lexus models - knowing full well I was not buying at that time. Mr. Roccograndi came out to greet me and I told him I was not buying, but looking. Carlo answered all my questions about the various Lexus models. We struck up other conversations as well such as health issues and golf. When I left the car lot and Mr. Roccograndi, I felt I had made a friend and told him if I should come back and buy a Lexus, I would ask for him to assist me. MotorWorld advertised on the internet - a low milage 2008 Lexus GS350 that meet my specs. When I visited the lot again to inquire about this car, I was meet by other courteous, friendly sales staff who asked me if they could help. I asked them if Mr. Roccograndi was working that day and they relpied that he was. I was told he was with another customer and he would be given the message that I was waiting for him. About 15 minutes later I did meet with Mr. Roccograndi and re-established our friendly rapport that we enjoyed in the fall. Again, Carlo answere all my questions and when we got down to "talking turkey" what ensued was probably the most satisfactory negotiation session that involved a large sum of money that I ever experienced. Carlo and the Sales Mgr. at Lexus MotorWorld deserve a lot of praise for their customer "bedside manner". I will never forget this experience. All I can say is WOW!!!! Immediately after the sale, Carlo explained all the gadgets on the car to me. He took nearly an hour to do so and this was all after his usual quitting time. (Hope Carlo's supper was kept warm by his wife.) I'm looking forward to talking to Carlo again about gettin XM satellite radio for my Lexus, and if anybody should ask me where I got my car, I'll tell them I got it from Carlo at MotorWorld Lexus and what a great experience it was.
