Jan made me feel extremely comfortable , and suggested a Lexus GS 350, We then looked at the car, took a drive, and he was extremely thorough in explaining all the car had to offer. I never dreamed that I would ever own a Lexus, but he showed us that it was indeed a car for us. The entire trade in process was certainly to our liking. Totally PROFESSIONAL! Joe took the time to explain all there was to explain about the nameplate and the car in particular to the point that I actually had very few questions for him after our test drive.
