Awesome dealership, friendly staff, very impressive. We were there to lease a vehicle and Israel was very helpful and accommodating. No high pressure sales tactics, just professional and pleasant conversation which brought me back... (after 13 years and 194,000 miles on my 1st Lexus he sold me!!!) I had service done Monday, Dec. 28...my service person was Marisa Kovaly...she was GREAT...efficient, quick, very eager to explain things to me and answer my questions...My Lexus was finished at the time was Marisa Kovaly...she was GREAT...efficient, quick, very eager to explain things to me and answer my questions...My Lexus was finished at the time she promised.
