Jack approached us upon entry. I told him I was waiting for a different salesman who was not available at the time. He took the initiative telling us that he would be happy to "take care of" us until the for a different salesman who was not available at the time. He proved to be a helper beyond expectations, especially knowing that we did not anticipate doing business with him. It turned out that the other salesman was unable to meet with us and I must say I couldn't be happier. Jack was so personable, reasonable, and easy to be with; answering any and all of our questions and concerns. If all salesmen could take lessons from Jack what a wonderful experience everyone would have when in the market to purchase a new vehicle. By the way, I thought he resembled Jerry Seinfeld and called him Jerry from the get-go and his only negative reaction was stating that he didn't have the same wallet contents as the real Jerry. What a guy! More
