Unfortunately, despite several attempts, we were unable to secure financing for this client at terms that were agreeable for both the bank and the client. We were able to document a time-line of correspondence with this client, which he has not rejected, and which are contrary to the claims above. We have, however, identified a miscommunication between the Sales Staff and Management regarding the length of time we would hold the vehicle into November – that situation has been addressed. To that end, there was certainly no lying or deceit – we very much wanted to deliver this client this truck, but were unable to do so.

I will not let them lie and get away with it!!!The management and staff KNEW about the Nov. 11th deadline for the deposit because all three BOB,OMIR,AND CHUCK were in Chucks office when he gave us the deadline!!! I wouldnt be so upset if they weren't!! We are NOW PROUD OWNERS of the exact same truck with the same amount down payment that THEY SAY WE WERE DENIED FOR!!! Thats kinda funny seeing that WE WERE ALREADY APPROVED TO BEGIN WITH THATS WHY WE WERE COMING UP WITH THE $15,000!!!! THEY LIED, THEY CHEATED US, AND THEY BLEW IT!!!! Not only did they blow a sale from us but our son also bought a 2011 dodge with us as co signers!! Kinda funny we can cosign and buy a truck after they say we were socalled DENIED!!! And after hearing our story a man from my husbands crew at work says he ISN'T even gonna try to buy one MOTORWORLD DODGE but will go straight to "HEBERTS TOWN AND COUNTRY" At least they WON'T LIE!!!!!
