First, I emailed Motorworld and six other dealerships about particular vehicles that they had for sale. Motorworld was the only one to get back to me (good thing, because they had the car I wanted). From the moment I arrived on the lot, I felt comfortable. A salesman at the used lot greeted my wife and I first. When we explained what vehicle we were looking for he recognized that it was a Certified Jeep which would be kept with the new cars and referred us to Joe Alles at the Chrysler showroom. We we arrived at the showroom, Joe immediately greeted us before we even got to the door. He made the transaction as easy and as smooth for us as possible. The only negative side to dealing with Motorworld is they really lowball you on your trade in vehicle, but since I got a great deal on the Jeep, it evened out a little. I would certainly go back to Motorworld for my next vehicle. More

We were unable to find a vehicle that matched our criteria (model, color, options) within several miles of the Rochester area. Our initial call to your dealership to verify availability of the Jeep we had seen on your site was handled very professionally by Jack Coen. Jack explained to us how the sales and delivery process would be handled with us being NY State residents. Our visit to your dealership went as smoothly as Jack had explained it. The purchase and delivery of the new Jeep for us was a very pleasant experience. Jack spent a lot of time explaining the multitude of features of the vehicle which was very much appreciated. This dealer is the worst dealer you can deal with possibly in the whole United States. After what we have gone through, and are STILL going through because of purchasing a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew thr possibly in the whole United States. All they do is cheat you out of money, and more. They upped the MSRP on our vehicle $15,000 without letting us know, and they did that on the paper in the window so we COULDN'T KNOW. Now we are stuck with a car we absolutely LOVE, but can absolutely can't pay. We are being charged over $8 PER DAY!!!!!! JUST IN INTEREST!!!! Let alone them not listening to us about what we wanted to pay per month, and what we wanted to have in the car. They are robbers. Do not buy here, Unless you like the idea of loseing $15,000. More
