Service is nonexistent!!! The alarm was going off on my Acura spontaneously. All hours of the day. Called for appt told 9 days. Asked to speak to a service speciallist told will call. after 2 days and three non returned calls I stop at the dealership. Told nothing they can do for 9 days. Got upset told can leave car. Assuming for 9 days I got very upset. Said what am I going to do for a car. For 9 days. Then they tell me it will be 48hrs. Why couldn't someone do this 3 days ago!!!! More
Horrible job/ rip off Don't go to motorworld, I needed rack & pinion, motor mounts, motor blower, wheel sensor,and all the work they did without parts cost 1400.00 and all Don't go to motorworld, I needed rack & pinion, motor mounts, motor blower, wheel sensor,and all the work they did without parts cost 1400.00 and all the work they did was horrible and they would not return my calls to have it done right. 3different mechanics that I went to, just to verify if there work was done right all had said the same thing added that motorworld does not do good work unless it's something easy there mechanics are useless and you pay basically for them to mess your car up more. Cause on top of the work they messed up they broke my tire rod while at it More

When scheduling my appointment, the staff was accommodating to the time I was able to bring my car. I appreciate the fact that I was given a loner car and could accomplish other tasks while my v accommodating to the time I was able to bring my car. I purchased my 2001 Acura Integra GSR used (with 15,000 miles) from Motorworld and have been taking it to them for all servicing, repairs, and body work. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience I had with Motorworld. I thought the professionalism and courtesy was second to none. Everyone from Kate and Andy the Toyota service advisors to the te had with Motorworld. I thought the professionalism and courtesy was second to none. Everyone from Kate and Andy the Toyota service advisors to the technician that performed the work on my '05 Tacoma was top rate. I bought my vehicle from Motorworld and have always had it serviced there too, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the way I am treated. Every time I go to Motorworld whether it's a routine oil and lube or a state inspection the courtesy and professionalism is always spot on.
