My 2022 ILX broke down in Pa. I live in NJ and bought my car in Nj. My car was under warranty and my dealer has verified this. The Scranton replaced my broken battery and charged me $173 to replace a fuse. What kind of warranty is this when I break down in another state and they scam me? Everyone says they can’t help it! Jen was amazing to my husband and I with an issue we had with our vehicle before an impending snow store. Every time we visit Motorworld Acura, Jen goes above and beyond for us to make sure we have a posit with our vehicle before an impending snow store. This is an overview of my four year experience with Acura MotorWorld. When you buy a new car, you also buy into a dealership. A good dealership remembers you, cares about your satisfaction with your experie MotorWorld. When you buy a new car, you also buy into a dealership. A good dealership remembers you, cares about your satisfaction with your experience with your car and dealership, and provides professional service even during the difficult times we have now - parts shortages, inflation, all that. Everybody I’ve dealt with there - especially Jen! - has been honest, considerate, patient, polite, and competent despite the hassles we’ve all endured lately. I feel like they know me and want to keep me as a customer. I should mention that I really like my RDX and they keep it in great condition - they check my car thoroughly each visit and update me on its condition. They don’t push unnecessary work. Mostly, they all go the extra mile. More

He not only reviewed in detail what my car was in for but he went the extra mile to tell me about the services Motorworld offers, wal over the years. Went in for an oil change and alignment two months ago. Was told at the time the camber kit would need to be replaced but was assured it wasn’t an issue so it didn’t need to be done. Went back for an oil change and rotation and sure enough, my tires warn drastically! I was told that the part was $24 and the cost for everything would be $280.I was also told they would get me tire prices but they never did. Sure enough, they assumed I wanted the tires. They also failed to mention the price didn’t include an alignment so I was charged an extra $100. I wouldn't have a problem if they presented me with the correct costs at the start. More

How can you not love Nicole at MotoWorld Acura. I brought my car in a little early. I was walking around, so I saw the mechanic pull it out the customer area. I have a 15 year old car. Be careful of getting your vehicle serviced at MotorWorld Acura. They are big on up-selling service when it's not necessary. They said I needed several additional items including brake pads. Had my vehicle Acura. They are big on up-selling service when it's not necessary. They said I needed several additional items including brake pads. Had my vehicle checked else where and all additional items they mentioned are in good shape and don't require service; was told from an outside place I have over half the life left on my current brake pads.
