Misleading ad at best, scam at worst- shady dealership. Advertised a GMC Denali truck at $9000 under market on the search engines. Ad of course screams "too good to be true" but shows up under clean title search parameters so I bit and called. Informed the receptionist I wanted to buy if the carfax was clean and could show up later that day with cash, asked for carfax, got runaround, called twice more only got texts and claims of sales people too busy to return calls. Obviously all this sent up the red flags. So I dug a little more and the receptionist tells me the $19,900 (advertised price) is only the down payment, and that $24,500 is actually the "real cash price." How do places like this stay in business and doesn't anyone police this at the state or federal level? I am sure the truck had accident damage, which is fine, but DISCLOSE that, and for sure don't use deceptive advertising practices. Also, I was super nice and was just trying to buy the truck at the advertised price, but they never even took the time to return my phone call so I figured the least I could do was warn the next potential customer that did some research. FYI the google reviews are all terrible as well so this is not an isolated incident. I wont list the staff because ultimately they just follow upper management and owner policy so I wont put their name online as a courtesy. More
