Unfortunately I had to rate the new star because it won’t let me leave Zero stars! Was sent pictures of a 2003 Chevy Avalanche and was told to come and test drive it. I drove 2& 1/2 hours for it. We get there and the truck was in the back not running with no transmission in it, tires all flat, front end tore off, hood up and parts missing, garbage and carpet in the bed of the truck and the inside covered in rat feces and smelled like urine, the interior was stained and wet. The girl who called herself Brittany was very unprofessional. When I told her that a gentleman named Alfred told me to come in and test drive it, she said he's just with the call center. They advertise they do financing but they said they only take cash (not that I was interested in financing anything with them). Every Vehicle on that Junk Yard Lot had some sort of damage or issue but the pictures on the site show something very different. Everyone there was very rude and we were told to call the police when I asked for the owner's name. I received a phone call two days later from a guy calling himself " Bad Boy" asking me what I was interested in. Also found out that the finance company they go through is owned by the same person or a relative. They have several different entities (most of their licenses are not active in the State of Florida) under this business which is why they are still able to operate. Unfortunately for the companies like Cars.com and others who advertise for them will eventually get a bad name because of Motor mall or whatever they call themselves. They should be fully investigated and shut down! More

We found the truck on the web site. MotorMall is a SCAMMER. This dealership should be locked down. Numerous vehicles are being advertised as being available when they are not. I went there last Friday 01/21/2022 to buy a 2005 Dodge Duran down. Numerous vehicles are being advertised as being available when they are not. I went there last Friday 01/21/2022 to buy a 2005 Dodge Durango, selling for $1000 with a TWO (2) MONTHS warranty. I previously called the dealership days before and even called the day before to confirm that the vehicle was available. I was told YES: "It was still available". They know my voice as I had called so many times before. They refused to let my mechanic look at the vehicle, always telling him and myself that I have to be there with him to see the vehicle. I told the rep that I was taking a flight from Miami and gave them what time I was going to be there. I got there FIVE (5) minutes EARLY and when I got there, I was told that "they had to return the vehicle to the JUNK YARD"!!! Until now, that vehicle is STILL being advertised on the website as available!!! During the time I was there, many people came there looking for the same vehicle as well as others that were advertised, and everybody was told the same thing: "that vehicle is gone, but they have some more expensive stuff". I have never seen a more dishonest dealership in my life. MotorMall should lose their license and be shut DOWN!!!!!! More
