Motorcars of Nashville is amazing! This was my first time buying a car from them and I’ll never go anywhere else. They make everything so easy. I knew what car I wanted before I went and I was able to give them my card info for a $500 deposit so they moved the car to the sold lot, took it offline, and gave me 7 days to get it. The $500 wasn’t charged it just would have been if I never went to get the car. When I got there they brought the car from the sold lot and I got to test drive it alone to make sure I was happy with it. Then it took no time to sign some paperwork and give them the check and be done. They even separated all the paperwork I would need for my tag so it would be easier. Everyone was so nice and it was so easy that it didn’t seem real! They are awesome More

I decided to go to Motorcars of Nashville to test drive an SUV… and while I hated that car- Otta showed me some other options that would give me the third row while staying within my budget. I was shocked by how many options they had but decided on an Infiniti QX60. At the end of the day, from application to driving off the lot everything was done so efficiently and I can’t believe I didn’t just go to them to start with! I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend anyone I know looking for a great used car to check them out! More

Terrible experience with the Mt Juliet location. It has been a month in a half and still we don't have the tags for the car the we paid for. They had to give a secondary temp tag.
