Had a basic service done as well as a recall. Only issue was they did not dicier the interior panel below the glove compartment and it came loose. Had to go back to have it properly installed. My Honda dashboard showed low tire pressure, so I drove to Motor Werks Honda service. I sat there for two hours and the service guy said they checked and the tires were fine. I drove the car home, parked i to Motor Werks Honda service. I sat there for two hours and the service guy said they checked and the tires were fine. I drove the car home, parked it in the garage, went in vacation for a week, and when I returned the tire was flat, resting on the rim, undrivable. Honda Roadside Assitance towed it back to Motor Werks Honda (thank you Honda!) and after 2days Motor Werks said I needed 2 new tires for balance. I told them I’d just replaced a different tire 3 months earlier when I ran over a nail, and to rebalance with that one. They did, but charged for $50 more for the exact same tire I’d purchased from another dealership 90 days earlier. To top it all off, they wanted an additional 3% to use my credit card! Incompetent and sneaky, not what I want in a car dealership or service. More
