I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. When we had difficulty, we found the way to work it out. Recently, I had a problem with my car and met the Honda service manager Bob Heath and the service advisor Tracee Wilson. This was my first time working with them. From what I experienced, Bob and Tracee are carrying on the tradition that I have come to know at the Honda Service Department of people who will do their best to get the job done right. More

Bill Goggin, the sales associate, could not have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had every intention of referring friends/family members to Bill for future automotive purchases. I was in this past weekend for my first service appointment (oil change and tire rotation). While waiting for my loaner vehicle, I was surprised that Bill stopped by to say hello. He asked about my experience with the car but also asked about my wife and son by name. I was very impressed with his service, ability to recall my sales experience and friendly nature. I will be back for every car purchase I have going forward. Thank you Bill More
Terrible Experince Appointment times mean nothing and communication is terrible. 11:45 appointment and did not here from anyone after the car was dropped off. I called three times and did not get a call back until I called again for the fourth time and got the service manager. This was at 5:00 and the y close at 6. My son was referred to go here since Firestone which was where the car was originally serviced said that it needed a software update. My son said there would not be a diagnostic charge for this by the service tech. In the end which is what this experience actually felt like, he was charged. More

I am extremely picky on where I service my cars and I also had 2 strokes which pervent me from doing my own work. I worked at a different dealer doing the exact same thing that Eric does. I highly recommend him to anyone and any of my customers that still call me. More

One of the worst service center experiences The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here 4 times for the same transmission leak under warranty within the span of a year and I'm still not sure if the leak has been fixed. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car after being serviced they told me that my car won't start at all even though the Service Advisor Rich Cano said that the car is ready for pick up. When asked for an explanation, no one was available to give one and their only options were to either tow the car from their dealership or wait till the next day to have them fix it for double the price what another Honda/acura dealership quoted. I definitely WILL NOT return for future service here, warranty or otherwise. Their prices are outrages compared to other dealerships and the employees have no clue about the service provided. More

We decided to go upstairs to look at the new cars and walked through the cleanest auto service work zone I have ever seen! Upstairs, we investigated the new CRV, talked with Jae about some of the new features, and went for a test drive with Atif who knew alot about the car. Following that, we were introduced to Zach who was very easy to work with, in addition to being very knowledgeable. Two days later, we purchased a new CRV with Zach's help, the 3rd CRV we've owned. At every step, I felt comfortable and respected by all the Motor Werks employees we met. We did not intend to purchase a new car, but we are very happy we did. We love the car, and highly recommend visiting Motor Werks for servicing your vehicles or making an auto purchase. More
