Thank you for reaching out to us. Your vehicle performs as it should within the law of speed limits. Video you provided indicated the vehicle was being driven in excess of 30 mph over the limit (100+ mph). The vehicle does not produce any noises at the highest speed dictated by law. We will not and cannot drive a vehicle outside of the limits of the law. Our loaner vehicle should not have been driven at this high speed as well. This is an endangerment to others on the road. Our expectations are the customer will operate our vehicle with in the laws. In addition, our loaners are 3 years newer, less miles and the model you drove was not the same as the vehicle purchased. We stand by our reputations that has been built by our customers and staff., The vehicle that was purchased was inspected and in complete working order and performance. The sun roof was operating properly as well. Again, this vehicle performed as it should under the condition of legal speed limits as it should. Thank you.

So if cars are not allowed to drive that fast shouldn't dealers, car manufacturers have them governed at a certain speed. Also what's the point of your dealership having a dozen Lamborghini/ Ferrari on the lot so buyers can drive them at no more than 65 mph on the road. Your sales manager told me he takes the vehicles on the backroads and takes them up to 140 mph. Im sorry but vehicles that can drive at higher speeds should not be making any noise at all. Unfortunately this just sounds like a bunch of excuses not to do any work on the vehicle after it's been sold. And with the sunroof I am glad to see finger marks underneath glass showing you guys tried to have it sit flush by pushing up agianst it. Meaning that there is an issue with the sunroof, and instead of replacing it you guys tried to put a bandaid on it. Thankfully i didn't budge on the warranty your sales rep tried forcing down my throat. Especially if this is how you handle customer issues on vehicles that you guys sell. Just want to add that I am being told that after a certain speed by law, example speed limit on expressway 65 that motorwerks does not guarantee the vehicle to work properly as it should be if over speed limit because the law protects it? That sounds like a great sales pitch for a dealership which brands about there customer service.

We abide by the speed limit laws. We will not drive a vehicle over the speed limit at 100 mph. Your vehicle is CPO. We found nothing wrong with the vehicle and performs as it should. What our staff does on their own time and own vehicles is not our concern. There was nothing found faulty with your sun roof. Finger prints if present would indicate that the sun roof was looked at., The warranty is based on the manufacturer guidelines. Vehicles are tested by the manufacturer under several conditions. Driving a vehicle in illegal situations is certainly the consumers choice but the vehicle operates as it should by manufacturer standards. As suggested by our service department, this being a CPO vehicle. You can take it to any Authorized Honda Dealership that want to break the speed limit law at 100mph for a 2nd opinion. We will not put the safety of our staff or the public at risk to drive at that speed. You can spin the explanation how you wish to reflect negatively. However, we are a responsible dealership and we value our integrity. Thank you
