Alyssa was super responsive and helpful during the sales process. So much so that we ended up buying a non-Honda from her because the folks on the BMW side at Motor Werks didn't want to answer an email or v process. So much so that we ended up buying a non-Honda from her because the folks on the BMW side at Motor Werks didn't want to answer an email or voicemail. She was great on test drives and patient with us as we worked on our financing (first time having an auto loan). I will say I wasn't thrilled with the pre-installed dealer add-ons ($2000) that were not in the online price. That is something I will ask about next time I purchase. Overall though it was a pleasant experience and Alyssa was a big part of that. More
