Working with Enrique made a normally stressful experience relaxing and pain-free. I would even go so far as to say it was a fun experience. He was very friendly and communicative during the entire process, relaxing and pain-free. I would even go so far as to say it was a fun experience. He was very friendly and communicative during the entire process, from initial inquiries to test-drive and then purchase/delivery, and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. His approach was very much geared towards building lasting customer relationships, not making a quick sale. If more dealerships adopted Motor Werks' business model of making buying a car a friendly, efficient, and pressure-free process, perhaps the idea of buying a car wouldn't have such negative connotations.
