Above and beyond Today I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in to have an oil leak checked out. I intended to pick up my Civic the following day, but realized when I returne Today I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in to have an oil leak checked out. I intended to pick up my Civic the following day, but realized when I returned home that my house keys were attached to my car keys, both of which were still at the dealership. I was frantically driving to the dealership at 6:40 PM to get my car/ house keys before the service station closed at 7:00. Eric was no longer on duty at the dealership, but he still went above and beyond to communicate with me and to make sure that my car would be available when I arrived. He made additional phone calls and also communicated with the staff present there at the time. As I was leaving the dealership, Fred assured me that he wouldn't have left until I arrived. I am so thankful that the service staff happily helped me out in a time of need. They're awesome. Thank you! More

Kathryn was wonderful in assisting me online via email when I was first inquiring for price quotes. Motorwerks beat out any other dealers price upon their first quote to me, and I had inquired with about 20+ Honda dealers within 100 miles of my home. She answered all of my questions promptly and was patient with me. Tony was helpful and patient when showing me the few color options I was stuck between. He was friendly and easy to work with during the sale and did not in any way make me feel pressured to make any decisions I did not want to make, which is something I have experienced in the past from other dealerships, so I was extremely appreciative of that. Being a young female, I have been made to feel a bit uncomfortable at some other dealers during my car search process, and Tony did not make me feel that way at all. He treated me with utmost respect upon walking in the door. He was informative and straightforward which helped to expedite the entire sales process and I very much appreciated that. He confirmed that the car was still there and texted me directions to their location. When we arrived he had the Acura ready for our viewing. We had to leave right away but they were able to close the deal in a short period of time. We are looking forward to the lifetime of free car washes and to see first hand how there extended service contract plays out in the future.
