He was knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the Honda Civic. I owned a 2005 car, so it had been quite a while since I had set foot in a dealership. This was my first purchase of a Honda. Kevin is friendly and patient. He spent considerable time listening to what I was looking for and tried to find the right model match. His follow-up is great. He is very willing to spend time post-purchase explaining many of the technology features. I would highly recommend Kevin. He is a professional and truly defies the stereotypical view of auto sales reps. I thought this dealership catered only to individuals looking for high end autos so I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. More

When I finally went to the dealership, I was regretting not getting there earlier, Bill was helping while there and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very attentive, pleasant, caring and not at all pushy. I was buying a car for my daughter as a surprise, he helped me pull it off superbly, down to recording her reaction. Everything went very smoothly, Sarge in finance was equally nice and patient. Overall the whole dealership was super clean and just a pleasure to be there. Loved everything and everyone there. Highly recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a Honda, BMW , Infiniti, Mercedes or a Porsche , it's like a mall of cars,... simply beautiful. More

Before meeting with Ian Higgins at Motorwerks ,I have been looking for a GOOD used car for 2 solid weeks at many other dealerships. All of those dealerships had too many hidden fees, witheld info till the last minute signing, and just plain sneaky. I get it. Everyone wants to make a profit and I want to have a great deal. Before you even step foot in a car dealership, DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Have a plan of what car you want and how much you plan to spend. But most importantly, go to Motorwerks and work along with Ian Higgins. I told him exactly what I wanted and I expected a simple honest out the door price with no BS. Within 30 minutes of being there at Motorwerks and test driving the car, he gave me an incredible deal. Along with his manager, Ziggy ,we agreed on purchasing the car if they fixed some of the blemishes on it. Which they did an incredible job. Thanks also to Eric Phillips and crew. Me and the family love the car. I enjoyed my no stress experience there and I hope others do the same. Ian Higgins has definitely changed my views of "Car Salesmen".
