Walked in nervous; walked out happy. Anthony Juliano helped me end my lease and ‘buy out’ my CRV. It was a long process with some negotiating and maybe some frustrations (on both ends) but in the end, we were able to settle and shake. Anthony at no point made me feel rushed, unimportant or anxious. Nina met me before and after ‘the deal’ which was very nice. I wasn’t thrilled with the finance gentleman, I do not remember his name. He made me feel VERY rushed and seemed annoyed when I took a few extra seconds to give the paperwork that I was signing a quick read through. He hardly explained anything and again, just made me feel like he couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. There was also an error in his paperwork that I caught (the APR was wrong) and initially he told me that I was wrong- that I read Anthony’s number incorrectly. He eventually found I was correct and said it really didn’t make much of a difference anyways, it was just pennies..... Very unprofessional and condescending. My overall experience was a positive one and when it’s time to get a new Honda, I’ll be back at Motor Werks. I’ll bring my brother with me, as doing it solo is quite stressful! I’m so happy with my CR-V and thrilled I get to keep ‘my car.’ Thanks for everything, Anthony and Nina! More

Anthony Juliano's name kept popping up quite a few days. So, I made sure that my 1st appointment was with Anthony. 1. I think Anthony epitomizes one of Zig Ziglar's famous quotes "STOP SELLING. START HELPING". I think that the reason Anthony gained the trust of a potential customer. 2. During our interaction regarding the car of my choice, there were moments where I posed a few objections. The good news is that Anthony treated my "objections" as requests for further information. 3. Anthony was also a good listener.
