He had to go through some hoops to find one of the cars I wanted to test drive but he did so and remained outwardly calm (though having been in sales at one time I can imagine the inner panic). I have been in many dealerships lately and some I will never step foot in again - Motor Werks Honda is not one of those! This place is lucky to have a very good, genuine sales consultant. No high-pressure sales and even though I am looking for a vehicle under $10k our salesperson, Allan, still treated me wonderfully. We came in for the Mazda3 hatchback but it seemed to have past damage that had been repaired (causing the hood to not be flesh with the rest with a wide gap). However, Allan looked up some other cars in my price range and we test drive those. A Subaru Outback (my dream car) and a Sentra. They each had their own issues and I’m not in a rush to buy. Motor Werks ended up not having a car for me this time but I’m in no hurry and will definitely be on the lookout for the used cars they get in. Out of the dealerships I’ve been to, this is the absolute best and the one I will choose over the others. Thanks Allan!! More

This enjoyable car-buying experience was much in part to the efforts of Anthony Juliano. We knew walking in to Honda what car we were interested in looking at (Pilot) and we were in the early stages of comparing that car to others in its field for a growing family of 4. Anthony was courteous, responsive, and in tune with what we were looking for and was most definitely not giving off the typical "sales pitch" vibe. He recognized that we were early in the process and had faith that if the experience he provided and the knowledge about the Pilot were in tune with what we would eventually want, he knew we would be back. He was correct. We returned a couple days later with the intention of finalizing a purchase from Anthony (and maybe a few extra chocolates from his candy jar - thankfully this was pre-New Year's resolution time) and he took great care of us. I would highly recommend visiting with Anthony next time you are looking for a new car because of the great service, great attitude, helpful mini-demonstrations, and most importantly, the undeniable respect that Anthony has for his customers who are undoubtedly making a major purchase and therefore making some really important life/family decisions. In addition to Anthony, Kenny Wadman was very forthright and knowledgeable when sitting us down to talk the logistics of the finances that come with buying a car. He clearly has helped a great number of customers in his time and knows exactly how to best maneuver through his portion of the car-buying process. We brought the car back in for added accessories and everything was taken care of promptly and with our livelihoods in mind. Manager John Ridings approved the deal and was up front with me. David in finance was also great with no pressure on warranty coverage and made good explanation of all the documents. I purchased a genuine Honda extended warranty for further peace of mind. More

He showed me the pro's and con's of leasing vs buying. We test drove exactly what I wanted to and he discussed what was great about each vehicle. Besides Anthony, Kenny Wadman was very helpful in financing and helping me answer questions I had about the process, since I was new at the leasing process. In the end I ended up leasing a 2018 Honda HRV and I am very happy with it. I will definitely be back after the 3 year lease is up to purchase or lease another vehicle with Motor Werks and I will highly recommend Anthony to anybody who is looking to purchase or lease a new Honda.
