In this case Shawn Hassan took care of us and from the beginning, his main concern was that we were being taken care of either by Finance, Insurance, or Sales. We brought our children and he made sure they had snacks and drinks. He truly understands the sales process and made mine an easy and non stressful experience. Great Experience We did our research before we went there and thought it would be the typical dealership experience. We went there and connected with Dayna Brophy and We did our research before we went there and thought it would be the typical dealership experience. We went there and connected with Dayna Brophy and she was awesome. She was honest and to the point. The price of the car was already low and Dayna helped us negotiate it even more. She introduced us to Ziggy her sales manager and he answered questions and thanked us for our business. We talked about financing and Ziggy convinced us to finance with them. I told him the rate we were approved for and he said he could match or beat it. I had little faith and he assured me they would not run our credit through a bunch of banks and he kept his word. David the finance manager was able to match the rate and we left with our car. He gave us helpful tips with the car and we felt good about the warranty we had on the car. After we went home the next morning I noticed some small carvings in the wind shield. I called Dayna and she was on it, she went to bat and ensured it was going to get fixed. Devon in the service department was professional, helped get me a loaner car while mine was being fixed. This by far is the best dealership experience we have ever had. I will be going back to them when it’s time to get a new car. More

While I did still get a great price for my car, my sociable and personable conversations with both employees was exceptional and leaps and bounds above other dealers in the area. I knew I had to do something about getting a new car after putting money into my 2004. I dreaded going into dealerships because I have done this before. I went to Barrington Motor Werks one Monday night, when Allen approached as I was looking at the 2018 Accord. I took the car for a test drive... no pressure. Allen talked about the car, answered any questions and that was all. I took a second test drive and then an extended test drive at Allen's suggestion... it made the difference. I don't buy cars often and needed to be sure this was the car for me ( I love my Accord) . Each time I talked to Allen , he was very willing to answer any and all questions (returned calls quickly). He did not push the sale, he simply let the car sell itself. Very different from other experiences I have had buying a car. No doubt, when I buy another car, I would not think twice about walking into a dealership if I knew it would go this smoothly. Thanks Allen! More

Amazing Dealership I communicated with multiple dealers looking for a Honda Fit - at the last minute we called Motor Werks (my daughter's boss had just bought a Porsche I communicated with multiple dealers looking for a Honda Fit - at the last minute we called Motor Werks (my daughter's boss had just bought a Porsche there) and not only did they match the best deal we'd been offered but they beat it. I always thought that Motor Werks was the snooty "rich people" dealership - but it's also awesome for regular folk like me. Upon arrival we were met by Anthony Juliano who couldn't have been nicer. He was very knowledgeable about the Fit, showing us things that hadn't been mentioned in any of the reviews I'd read or on Consumer Reports. No BS or trying to up-sell us. He was fantastic and I got the perfect car at a great price. LOVE this place and the life-time free car wash! More

My sales consultant, Bill Goggin, was who I first interacted with. He was very pleasant to work with and really tried to get to know us during the sales process. He was not like your typical high pressure sales person and was very easy to work with from beginning to end. Coming from a sales background I know how it can be but Bill treated me with respect and went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of, even following up after the purchase. His General Manager, Ziggy, was also very nice and ensured that I received the best reasonable deal while also making sure that the car met thier high level of safety standards. They even allowed me to inspect the car on a lift prior to purchase and the mechanic ( I forget his name ) tasked with the final inspection even took the time to talk with me and assured me all mechanical had been taken care of. I did also work with Anthony in services and he was a pleasure to work with. All in all, I would return to Motor Werks in the future and I believe they stand behind thier brand. More
